Yui is interested in going on the spring E-term trip to New York with the exchange students, but needs to raise some money to do this. Steve and Beth offered their home to host a fun, ethnic Japanese supper. All the money raised will go towards funding the trip for Yui and this will also be an excellent chance to get to know Yui better and become more familiar with the exchange student program.
The Japanese dinner is scheduled for Saturday, February 2nd at 6 p.m. The evening will include a lovely traditional Japanese meal. Reservations are required as seating is limited. The cost is $20 per person.
I have attached the formal invitation which includes the menu for the evening. If you are interested in attending, please call 234-9532 or email email@example.com. Thank you in advance for your support of this program! Yui Japanese Meal.pdf
